Cayla Andrews joined the Arcadia Field Hockey coaching staff as an assistant coach in January 2021.
Andrews joins the Knights following a standout playing career at Division III TCNJ, where she was a 2019 NFHCAÂ First-team All-American, two-time NFHCA First-team All-South Atlantic Region selection, and two-time First-team All-NJAC performer. During her time in Ewing, Andrews led TCNJ to three NJAC titles and four NCAA Tournament appearances - including a 2017 Final Four appearance - while the program posted a 67-14 over her four years with the program.
Andrews' final season in 2019 was one of the best in program history, as the Hackettstown native led all of NCAA Division III with 33 goals while tying for the top mark among divisions I, II, and III. She also led all of NCAA Division III in goals per game and points per game, culminating in NJACÂ Offensive Player of the Year honors. She finished her career with 76 goals and 171 points, ranking fourth and third in program history, respectively.Â
Andrews began her coaching career as an assistant coach with Centercourt Field Hockey based in Mount Olive, N.J. and most recently served as a volunteer assistant coach with Division III Centenary College.
Andrews earned her bachelor's degree in finance from TCNJ in May 2020.
