Taylor Dalisera '16 recently completed her first season as a member of the Arcadia University coaching staff in 2016 after completing her playing career this past season.
Dalisera is the most decorated student-athlete in the history of Arcadia's field hockey program. She was the first player in program history to be named a two-time NFHCA All-Region selection, and is the program's first-ever four-time conference selection, having earned First-Team All-MAC Commonwealth honors for three consecutive years after receiving Honorable Mention as a freshman. Dalisera played in 79 career games on defense, scoring 22 goals with 24 assists for 68 career points.
The Knights had their most successful four-year run in program history with Dalisera on the field, going 52-32 overall and claiming the 2014 MAC Commonwealth regular season title. Arcadia made its first-ever ECAC South Region Championship Tournament appearances 2013 and 2014, and advanced to the title game her junior year.
The Millersville, Maryland native was widely recognized for her performance in the classroom. She has been named to the MAC Academic All-Conference Team each of the last two years in recognition of her combined performance on the field and in the classroom, and has earned a spot on the NFHCA National Academic Squad and MAC Academic Honor Roll for three consecutive years. Dalisera, who earned her bachelor’s degree middle school mathematics education, has also been actively involved in the many community service activities the field hockey team has performed during her four years.
