Brad Nardella

  • Title
    Assistant Coach
Brad Nardella finished his second season on the men's lacrosse coaching staff in 2020.

The Knights 2020 season was cut short due to the MAC's cancellation of spring sports, but Arcadia got off to a torrid start with five wins in their first seven games - three of which they scored 20 or more goals, while holding opponents to just 9.4 goals per game.

In 2019, the Knights saw their most successful season in program history. The Scarlet & Grey had a program-record nine wins and made their first conference playoff appearance in program history.

In his first season with the Knights, Nardella worked with the face off unit. Under Nardella, the Knights set single-season records in both face off percentage and wins. Conor Cunningham was named to the MAC Commonwealth All-Conference team at the face off position.

Nardella was a four-year member of the VMI lacrosse program where during his senior campaign, he was coached by coach Purpura. During his career, Nardella played in 53 games as a midfielder and scored 32 goals, dished eight assists totaling 40 points. Nardella also faced off and took over 100 face offs during his career.

Nardella helped lead his high-school team, Cazenovia, to two state championships and was a team captain his senior year.

Nardella has coached with Kent County Youth lacrosse as well with the Faceoff Factory which was founded by his brother Joe, who is currently an assistant at Harvard, was an All-American at Rutgers, and is a current professional lacrosse player for the PLL Whipsnakes.

In addition to coaching, Nardella is a management consulting analyst in Philadelphia with the Dryden Group.

Nardella, a native of Cazenovia, N.Y., graduated from VMI in 2017 with a B.A. in economics and business.
