Corey Elmer is entering his third season as assistant men's lacrosse coach at Arcadia University in 2017. Elmer joined the Knights' coaching staff in 2015 following an outstanding collegiate career at Cabrini College, where he was coached by Arcadia head men's lacrosse coache Nick Taylor as a part of a top-10 nationally-ranked program.

Elmer was twice named a First-Team All-American (2013, 2014) and the 2014 Division III Iroquois Nationals Award winner as the division’s most outstanding player by the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA). He is the only two-time First-Team USILA All-American in Cavaliers’ program history. Elmer was additionally named the 2013 and 2014 Colonial States Athletic Conference Player of the Year, and earned all-conference honors in each of his four seasons at Cabrini after transferring from NCAA Division I Robert Morris.

Elmer was also recognized for his work in the classroom as an exercise science and health promotion major, being named to the 2014 USILA Scholar All-America Team and earning a spot on the Philadelphia Inquirer/Philly-SIDA Academic All-Area Team in 2013 and 2014. He was also a three-time CSAC All-Academic selection.

Elmer had a record-breaking senior season at Cabrini, putting up school-record totals of 115 points and 56 assists in 2014, surpassing his own school-record totals of 112 points and 55 assists from 2013. He ranked second in the nation in points per game (6.05), fifth in assists per game (2.95) and 19th in goals (3.11) in 2014.

For his career, Elmer ranks second in Cabrini history with 262 points, while his 138 goals are good for fourth and 124 assists rank third. He is the only Cavalier to record a 100-point season.
