Former United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) All-American Jeff Ocampo is entering his third season as an assistant men's lacrosse coach at Arcadia University in 2017.

Ocampo spent two years as an assistant coach at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) prior to coming to Arcadia last season. At RPI he assisted in all facets of the Engineers’ program, including practice planning and recruiting. He was a member of the 2014 Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year after helping lead RPI to an 11-5 overall record and a berth in the conference tournament semifinals. Ocampo coached a pair of USILA All-Americans and two USILA Scholar All-Americans, while a total of seven players earned All-Liberty League honors.

Ocampo was a midfielder at Ursinus College, where he was named a two-time USILA All-American. He was named the 2011 Centennial Conference Player of the Year after leading the Bears in scoring with team-high totals of 36 goals and 10 assists for 46 points. He was additionally named a two-time First-Team All-Centennial Conference selection, and was named a USILA Scholar All-American as a senior.

A native of Palm Coast, Florida, Ocampo first began his coaching on the staffs of the Possums Lacrosse Club and Team Florida Lacrosse from 2007-13, starting as an assistant coach and later serving as the head coach for both programs.

Ocampo earned his bachelor’s degree in business & economics from Ursinus in 2012, and earned his master’s degree in business analytics from RPI in 2014.
