Kevin Kohout

Kohout comes to Arcadia following a two-year stint as the assistant coach at McDaniel College, where he was responsible for coaching the team’s short-stick midfielders along with riding, clearing and defensive strategies. He has also been the assistant head coach of the Rock Lacrosse club team in Baltimore, Maryland since October of 2015. In that role, Kohout serves as the offensive coordinator and manages the substitution box.
 
In his four-year career as a long-stick midfielder at Ursinus, Kohout played in 52 games, scoring three goals, picking up 42 groundballs and causing 21 turnovers. He was also a four-year member of the football team, where he recorded 58 total tackles and three pass breakups as a defensive back.
 
Kohout earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from Ursinus in 2015, before earning a master’s degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education from McDaniel in 2017.
