Lantzy helped coach the Knights to an 11-7-3 record in his first season on the staff. He helped the Knights to both MAC Commonwealth and ECAC playoff berths.

He earned First-Team All-Commonwealth Conference honors after posting a record of 8-7-2 with four shutouts and a career-best 1.08 goals against average as a junior.

His 32 career wins and 20 career shutouts are the second-most in program history, while Lantzy also ranks in the top-six all-time at Arcadia career saves per game (3.70 – 3rd), career saves (255 – 4th), goals against average (1.28 – 6th) and save percentage (.739 – 6th). His 10 victories in 2010 tie him for the fourth on Arcadia’s all-time single-season wins list.
