Honors: 2017-18 - MAC Honor Roll 

2017-18: Finished second in the 100 freestyle (53.28) against Wilkes (10/20)… Claimed third in the 200 backstroke (2:13.61) in the program’s first ever win over Widener (1/20).

2016-17: Finished 23rd in the 200 Backstroke (2:14.17), 25th in the 100 Backstroke (1:02.09) and 33rd in the 50 Freestyle (23.53) at the MAC Championships… Placed 22nd in the 200 Backstroke (2:16.94) relay at the ECAC Winter Championships as Arcadia placed 6th of 11 overall and was first among Division III teams… Placed 13th in the 200 Backstroke (2:19.05) and 16th in the 100 Backstroke (1:06.00) as Arcadia won the 2016 Diamond City Invitational.

2015-16: Finished 22nd in the 200 Freestyle (2:17.05), 26th in the 100 Freestyle (1:03.70) and 32nd in the 50 Freestyle (24.47) at the MAC Championships… Placed 10th in the 100 Backstroke (1:05.20), 11th in the 200 Backstroke, and placed 10th as a member of the 200 Medley Relay (1:53.28) as Arcadia won the Diamond City Invitational… Placed 22nd in the 200 Backstroke (2:22.65) as the Knights placed sixth of 11 teams at the ECAC Winter Championships.

High School: 2014 graduate of Leonardtown High School… Was coached by Charles Jacobs as a member of the swimming team… Received the team’s Sportsmanship Award as a senior and was a three-time Academic Award recipient… Was also a member of the lacrosse team.
 
Personal: Son of Maureen and John Gallagher… Has two brothers, Brian and Daniel… Brian attends Saint Joseph’s University and Daniel attends Drexel University… Has three sisters, Alison, Jaclyn and Megan.
