Kevin Rivas is entering his fourth season as assistant men’s and women’s volleyball coach at Arcadia University in 2018-19. He has most recently been coaching at the club/juniors level in the Greater Philadelphia area, and will be actively recruiting the east coast area.
Rivas played professionally in Spain for Volei Mundet Liga II in 2009 and in Peru for Deportiva Wanka Division I in 2010 as a setter and libero, leading his Deportiva Wanka squad to a second-place finish in the league. Rivas has continued to play competitively in men’s open indoor tournaments in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Rivas earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Juniata College in 2011, where he was a member of the men’s volleyball club program.
