Luke Olson begins his first season as an Assistant Coach with the Arcadia Men's and Women's Volleyball teams in Spring 2024.
Olson comes to Arcadia after serving as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Mississippi. While with the Rebels, Olson aided the Defensive Coordinator with training defensive systems and skills, helped compose defensive scouting materials on VolleyStation, assisted with scouting, worked with the Director of Volleyball Operations, and assisted in recruiting.
Prior to his time at Ole Miss, Olson was a club coach at Steel City Volleyball Club, where he designed practice plans, created drills, evaluated players, and developed game plans.
Olson graduated from Messiah University in 2023 with a degree in Business Administration, where he was a four-year member of the Falcons men's volleyball program. Olson earned a Graduate Certificate in Intercollegiate Athletic Administration from Ole Miss in December 2023.
