Colby Frost enters his first season with the Knights men's wrestling team in 2025-26.
Frost comes to Glenside after s standout career at Southern Maine, twice earning NCAA Division III All-American status at 149 lbs. A four-time All-Region wrestler, a three-time NCAA National Championship qualifier, and a three-time All-NEWA wrestler earning first team honors in 2025, Frost capped his career placing sixth at the 2025 NCAA Division III National Championship, ending his 2024-2025 season with a remarkable record of 38-4, collecting his 100th career win along the way.
Frost also found success in the classroom, twice being named College Sport Communicators Academic All-District, in addition to being a three-time National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Division III Scholar All-American, and New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) All-Academic.
Frost graduated from Southern Maine in 2025 with a degree in Health Sciences.
