Samantha Shivock is entering her first season as assistant softball coach at Arcadia University in 2015.
Shivock is a 2014 graduate of Division I Liberty University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in sport management and was a four-year starter for the Lady Flames as an infielder and designated player. Shivock had a career .272 batting average with 167 hits, 30 doubles, 26 homeruns, 114 runs scored and 109 RBI.
Shivock had a career-year as a junior, earning NFCA All-Region Capital One Academic All-District honors after batting .328 with 58 hits, 13 doubles, eight homers, 32 runs scored and 43 RBI. She finished her collegiate career ranked among Liberty’s career leaders in homeruns, RBI, runs scored and walks (53).
