Trainer enters her third season with the Knights as an assistant cross country and track & field coach after joining the coaching staff in the 2023-24 season.
Prior to joining the Knights, Trainer served as the head cross country and track & field coach at Villa Maria Academy. She has also served as a head and assistant coach for both cross country and track & field at Marple Newtown High School and Interboro High School.
Trainer was a member of the Kutztown University cross country and track and field teams. A 2015 graduate of Kutztown, Trainer graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management.Â
