Leigh Manning-Smith is entering her second season as assistant men's and women's cross country coach at Arcadia University in 2016.
Manning-Smith is a 2015 graduate of West Chester University, where she was a member of the cross country and track & field teams. She placed eighth in the 10,000-meter at the 2015 PSAC Conference Championships, and was a member of the national championship qualifying distance medley relay team as a junior. Manning-Smith earned all-academic honors in both cross country and track & field, and was the recipient of the PSAC's Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Award.

Manning-Smith earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science with a minor in nutrition while at West Chester, and it currently enrolled in Arcadia's physical therapy doctoral program.
