Caitlyn McGinley enters her third season as the Assistant Coach of the women's lacrosse team in 2026.
McGinley came to Glenside from Caldwell University where she served as the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach, Site Supervisor, Regional Advisory Committee Member, and the Student Athlete Advisory Committee Advisor. As the head coach of the Cougars, she developed collaborative relationships in order to recruit new athletes to Division II lacrosse program, worked closely with student-athletes in a training capacity during the off-season, and oversaw intensive practice sessions aimed at improving individual skills and team play.
She has also served as the Head Coach of Evolution Lacrosse Academy, where she created weekly practice plans for 25 high school players, helped players develop basic lacrosse skills along with learning new skills, attended tournaments along the east coast, and helped high school student athletes to get recruited to play at the collegiate level.
McGinley graduated from FDU-Florham with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and was a four-year member of the women's lacrosse team. She was a four-time first team all-conference player, three-time MAC Freedom Champion (2012, 2013, 2015), 2012 First Team All Boardwalk Selection and participated in the NCAA tournament in 2015.
