Recorded a time of 39:56.51 in the 10k pacing 1st at the Paul Donahue Invitatoinal at Widener University(4/19)... Recorded a program record in the 10k with a time of 39:23.96 placing 4rth at the MAC Championship meet(5/2)... Recorded a personal best in the 5k with a time of 18:33.78 at the MAC Championship meet(5/2).

2023: Competed in seven meets... Earned a personal best 1500-meter race time of 5:24.04 at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr 13-15)... Participated in the 4x800 meter relay that finished in ninth place and broke a program record with a time of 10:15.31 at the MAC Championship meet (May 4-6)... Set a new personal record in the 5k by 50 seconds with a time of 20:17.82 at the 2023 Danny Curran Invitational (Mar 30-Apr 1).
