2023: Competed in seven meets... Earned a personal best 5000-meter race time of 20:02.63 at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr 13-15)... Participated in the 4x800 meter relay that finished in ninth place and broke a program record with a time of 10:15.31 at the MAC Championship meet (May 4-6)... Set a new personal record in the 1500-meter race with a time of 5:27.92 at the Osprey Open and Multi (Apr 7-8).
