Veronica Willig '15 is entering her third season as an assistant women's soccer coach at Arcadia University in 2017.
Willig, who serves as the team’s goalkeeper coach, was a two-time All-MAC Commonwealth selection in net, receiving Honorable Mention as a sophomore before being named a Second-Team All-MAC Commonwealth selection as a senior. She posted a career record of 29-11-2 with 15 shutouts, a 0.67 career goals against average and a .817 save percentage while totaling 125 career saves.
Willig, who earned her bachelor’s degree in international studies, holds Arcadia’s career goals against average record and ranks among the program’s all-time leaders in every major category. Her 17 wins in 2014 are the most in school history, while her 0.67 goals against average that season is the second-best all-time.
