Isanel Kirchner begins her first season as an assistant with women's volleyball in 2025.
Kirchner came to Arcadia after most recently serving as a coach with Mystique Volleyball club, where she helped develop practice plans and teach fundamental skills. Before that, Kirchner coached with Synergy Volleyball Club.
Kirchner graduated from Rowan in 2025 with a degree in Communication Studies, where she was a four-year member of the Profs' women's volleyball team. While in Glassboro, Kirchner was named Second Team All-NJACÂ and led the team to back-to-back NJAC Championships and NCAA Tournament appearances.
