Chris Fleming joins the Arcadia University coaching staff in a volunteer coaching role in 2026 following a successful tenure at Immaculata University, where he served as an assistant coach working closely with the offense. Fleming’s impact was most notable during the 2025 spring season, where he was instrumental in leading the program to new heights. At Arcadia, he will continue his work as an offensive specialist, focusing on the development and strategic execution of the attack and midfield positions.
Prior to his time at Immaculata, Fleming spent two years as the Assistant Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Haverford College. His coaching resume also includes a three-year stint at Russell Sage College, where he helped build the foundation of their offensive systems. A native of Hatboro, Pa., Fleming remains deeply rooted in the local lacrosse community, previously serving as a coach for the Philadelphia-based NXT club lacrosse program.
Fleming is no stranger to the MAC Freedom, completing a standout playing career at Misericordia University, where he was a member of the men's lacrosse team from 2014 to 2018. A two-year team captain and four-year starter, he was a prolific scorer, amassing over 200 points and earning all-conference honors. During his tenure, he helped lead the Cougars to the MAC Freedom Title in 2017.
Fleming holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Misericordia University and earned his Master’s degree in Organization Management from Russell Sage College.
