Diane Decker begins her first season on the Knights sideline in 2025-26.
Decker joins Arcadia after a successful three-year tenure at MAC Freedom counterpart Lebanon Valley College, where she earned Co-Coach of the Year honors, coached multiple Of The Year award winners and all-conference selections, and earned a regular season title.
Before Lebanon Valley, Decker was the head coach at East Stroudsburg University from 2015 to 2019. She was named PSAC Coach of the Year in 2015-16 and led the Warriors to their best season in a decade, highlighted by three All-PSAC First Team selections. Her earlier career included a successful seven-year stint as an assistant coach at Bloomsburg University, where she helped the Huskies to five consecutive PSAC East titles and four NCAA Tournament appearances. Decker was also an accomplished high school coach at Freedom High School in Bethlehem, Pa., compiling an 82-15 record over three seasons.Â
Decker graduated from Villanova University in 1989 with a degree in Liberal Arts, where she was a four-year member of the women's basketball team. While with the Wildcats, Decker was named Second Team All-Big East while also helping lead the team to two Big East Championships and four NCAA Tournament appearances. Decker has been inducted into the Marian Catholic Hall of Fame, Schuylkill County Hall of Fame, PIAA District IX Hall of Fame, and the VIA Lehigh Valley Hall of Fame.
