Dustin Malandra

Dustin Malandra begins his second year as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Arcadia in 2025-26.

Malandra comes to Glenside after spending the previous 11 years as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Cabrini University. While in Radnor, Malandra oversaw the training programs of multiple nationally and regionally competitive programs while seeing annual increases in participation. Malandra helped design sport-specific, data-driven athletic performance-monitoring protocol utilizing kinematic tools and technology to guide training and rehabilitation decision-making, and developed athletic assessment visualizations to inform team coaches of player capacities for 30-65 athletes per-team monthly.


Malandra also served as an Adjunct Professor in Health and Exercise Science from 2018-2024, revamping three undergraduate Exercise Science to better represent subject matter relevant to future career in Exercise Science. Malandra also helped develop a brand-new Intro to Biomechanics course in Spring 2023, adding a crucial module in the Sport Science curriculum. Malndra was nominated for Adjunct Professor of the Year at Cabrini in Spring 2022.

Malandra graduated from Indiana University in 2010 with a degree in Kinesiology, and earned his Master’s in Exercise and Sport Physiology from West Chester in 2016. Malandra is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and received his Strength and Conditioning certification (CSCS) in February 2013.  He also became a Level 1 Sport Performance Coach (USA-W) in August 2013.
