Steve Pendleton helped lead men's basketball to a 2-0 start with a stellar opening weekend at the Knights Tip-Off Tournament. The senior guard averaged 15.5 points with 5.5 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 3.0 steals per game. Pendleton was the main catalyst in the Knights 71-68 overtime victory over Rutgers-Camden to open the season. The former Lower Merion standout dropped a team-high 21 points with eight rebounds, three steals and two three-pointers. Pendleton closed out the weekend with another double-digit performance against Salisbury, tallying 10 points with seven rebounds.
