Box Score Glenside, PA (November 17, 2012) - The Arcadia University Knights (2-0) won their second straight game to start this season this afternoon in a 97-44 victory over the Penn State-York Nittany Lions (0-1). Arcadia used a 19-3 run and a 17-0 run to take a 32-point lead into the dressing room and never looked back.

Victoria Roukas led the Knights with 16 points each.
York won the tip and scored the first basket of the game, but Arcadia then went on a 19-3 run to take a 19-5 lead at the 14:45 mark. The Knights held their lead and the score was 23-13 with 8:36 to play. Arcadia then started a 17-0 run that took over three minutes off the clock and gave them a 40-13 lead with 5:17 to go in the first half. The Knights continued to expand the lead and took a 51-19 lead into the break.
Tamara Moskowitz led the Knights with 11 points off the bench in the first half.
Sara DeCinque added 10 points. Lauren Riggelman scored nine points to lead Penn State-York in the first session. Arcadia outshot York 52.5%-28.6% and won the board battle 35-12. The Knights forced 15 turnovers, while committing 13.
The Knights continued to hold the big lead in the second half and extended it, leading by as many as 53 points in the second frame. That was the final margin in the game.
DiMuro also had six rebounds and was 8-11 from the field. Roukas was 6-8 from the field with five rebounds. DeCinque finised with 14 points, while Moskowitz had 11 points. Riggleman and Courtney Riggs each scored a game-high 17 points.
Arcadia will return to action on Tuesday night when they travel to face Cedar Crest College for a 7pm tip-off.
