Box Score ELIZABETHTOWN, PA (September 29, 2012) – After a well played scoreless first half; both the Arcadia University Men's Soccer team and Elizabethtown College went on a second half scoring frenzy with the teams trading four goals in under 12 minutes before Elizabethtown scored the game-winner in double overtime to give the Blue Jays the conference win.
In the second half, the Blue Jay's Kyle Fowler's perfectly placed corner in the 59th minute was headed in by Kyle Volk and got the Jays out in front. Arcadia (3-3-2, 0-1 CC) answered 2:19 later when sophomore

In the 67th minute, Elizabethtown (3-5-2, 0-1 CC) countered with a goal scored by Zach Lee off a throw in by Volk. The Knights, who have played some very tight games with the Jays in a relatively young series that spans just nine games, refused to go away.

Dean Search to tie the game a second time. Search's second goal of the season, this one on a header, came in the 71st minute.
Both teams took advantage of their opportunities when they were present. The Blue Jays had the better of the chances in the first overtime, outshooting the Knights 3-1. Martin Fevre's game-winning goal was the only shot taken in the second 10-minute overtime period.

Ryan Lantzy ended the day with 3 saves. Search led the Knights with 3 shots on goal and 1 goal. Arcadia ended the game with 13 including 6 shots on goal.
The Knights return to action against Commonwealth opponent Widener University on Wednesday at Easton Field game time 7:00pm.
