Box Score Grantham, PA (March 2, 2013) - The Arcadia University Knights (1-1, 1-1 MCOM) dropped the second game of a doubleheader to the Messiah College Falcons (1-4, 1-1 MCOM) this afternoon, 6-1. Messiah scored three in the first, one in the second and two in the fourth to open up a 6-0 lead. The Knights recorded just four hits in the loss.

Arcadia got their lone run in the fifth on an RBI groundout by Alexandra Schafer. Sara Gunia took the loss, pitching one inning and allowing three runs on five hits.

Arcadia will now head to Myrtle Beach, SC for the National Collegiate Sports Invitational. Their eight game trip starts on March 11th as they will face Ohio Valley University and Cairn.
