Box Score St. David's, PA (April 24, 2013) - The Arcadia University Knights (5-9, 1-4 MFRE) dropped a 19-2 decision to the Eastern University Eagles (13-2, 6-0) in MAC Freedom action this afternoon. The Eagles led 5-1 after one and 15-1 at the break. Chris Jacovino and Austin Morris each scored a goal for the Knights.

Eastern jumped on the board first and led 4-0 at the 4:51 mark of the first quarter. Arcadia scored their first goal at 3:07 as Jacovino scored from Philip Egnor. The Eagles made it 5-1 with 11-seconds left in the first quarter and led 5-1 after one. Eastern then scored 10 goals in the second quarter and held the Knights scoreless to take a 15-1 lead into the break.

In the third quarter, the Eagles scored the only three goals and led 18-1 after three. They scored their 19th goal early in the fourth and Morris wrapped up the scoring with 1:34 to play in the fourth to make the final 19-2.

Arcadia will play their season finale on Saturday afternoon as they host Misericordia for a 1pm face-off on Easton Field.
