Box Score Glenside, PA (April 6, 2013) - Jessica Wood led the Arcadia University Knights (8-12, 4-4 MCOM) to a 1-0 win over the Lycoming College Warriors (10-7, 1-4) this afternoon in game one of a conference doubleheader. Wood pitched a complete game shutout and knocked in the only run of the game for the Knights.

Wood went seven innings and allowed just one hit, while striking out one. She faced just one hitter over the minimum in the game. In the fourth she knocked in the only run, scoring Brandee Zablotsky on an RBI single to center.

Arcadia and Lycoming will play game two later this afternoon.
