GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia women's soccer team moved to 2-1 in MAC Commonwealth play with a 3-0 victory over Lycoming on Saturday afternoon.

Jackie Glanfield handed out a pair of assists.
The Scarlet and Grey controlled the game from the start keeping pressure on the Warriors from the opening whistle. Ochsner opened the scoring late in the first half as she took a feed from Glanfield at the top of the 18 to deposit her first goal of the year. Just under two minutes later, Glanfield set Connors up for a rocket from 20 yards out which she put in the upper left 90. Â
Kelly opened the second half with a shot jsut of two minutes in from the top of the box. The sophomore curved the ball into the right corner of the net.Â
The Knights fired 31 total shots, including eight on goal. The defense continued to impress allowing just seven total shots. Rookie Evelyn Feigles made a trio of saves to preserve the clean sheet.Â
The Scarlet and Grey sit a 8-4 on the season. Arcadia hits the road for the next three games beginning on Tuesday at Lebanon Valley. The Knights return on on Sunday, October 25 to host Widener in a MAC Commonwealth contest.Â
