DALLAS, Pa. – Junior
Adeline Bellesheim scored three goa with three assists for a game-high six points to lead the Arcadia University women's lacrosse team to an 18-11 non-conference victory at Misericordia University Sunday. The Knights improved to 7-1 with their third consecutive win, while the Cougars fell to 2-5.

Nicole Hutson scored four goals with one assist each, while junior
Dawn Faranetta scored three goals in the game. Junior
Jordyn Dunacusky totaled 13 saves as her record improved to 6-1 in goal.
Sophomore Liz Mulvey scored four goals with one assist to lead the Misericordia, while seniors Melina Juliano and Brooke North added two goals each. Sophomore Katie McLoughlin totaled 12 saves while her record fell to 2-5.
The score was tied at 5-5 after Juliano scored her first goal of the game with 2:41 left in the first half. Misner answered to give Arcadia the lead for good 40 seconds later, and senior
Mindy Hair and Misner found the back of the net in the final minute to give the Knights an 8-5 lead at the half.
The three-goal run was extended to five as Huton and Misner scored in the opening 1:10 of the second half, and a three-goal run that featured two scores by Huton and one by Faranetta gave Arcadia an 18-10 lead with just under six minutes left in the game.
The Knights had a 36-31 advantage in shots and an 18-13 advantage on draw controls in the game, while the Cougars had a 32-21 edge in ground balls.
Arcadia will continue its three-game road trip Wednesday when it travels to Alvernia University for its first-ever Commonwealth Conference contest.
