IMMACULATA, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's tennis team posted a 9-0 non-conference victory at Immaculata University Tuesday, improving its record to 7-4 on the season. The Mighty Macs fell to 3-9 with the loss.
 
Juniors Simon Mohr and Vincent Voulo were 8-5 winners at No. 1 doubles against Immaculata's Nick Coia and Stephen Smith, while Arcadia's No. 2 doubles pair of junior Alex Colton and sophomore Chuck Poklikuha and No. 3 doubles tandem of sophomores Ricardo Margolles and Wesley Wei were 8-0 winners in their respective matches, putting the Knights up 3-0 heading into singles play.
 
Margolles battled Mike Griffin to a three-set victory at No. 5 singles, winning the first set 6-0 and the third 10-6 after being edged in the second set 7-5, while Vuolo took home a 6-4, 6-3 victory over Coia at No. 1 singles.
 
The remaining singles matches were easily won by the Knights. Wei and Pohklikuha posted shutout wins at No. 3 and No. 4 singles, respectively, while Colton was a 6-1, 6-0 winner at No. 2. Mohr posted a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 6 singles to round out the match.
 
Arcadia will close out the regular season Friday when it takes on ASA College at the U.S. Tennis Center in Queens, New York.
