GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University women's lacrosse team dropped a 17-2 decision to No. 16 Messiah College Saturday at Easton Field in the final regular season home game for both teams. The Knights honored seniors

Sam Sidoriak in a Senior Day ceremony prior to the start of the game.
The Knights fell to 11-6 overall and 4-4 in Commonwealth Conference play with the loss. Arcadia will next host a Commonwealth Conference Championship Tournament First Round game against Albright at a date and time that will be announced Sunday. The Falcons improved to 12-4 overall and 8-0 in conference play, and will host the winner of the first round game in the conference semifinals.
Sidoriak accounted for both Arcadia goals in the game, with assists from Hair and junior
Adeline Bellesheim. Sidoriak now has a career-high seven goals this season. Freshman
Liz Stierle took the loss after making 10 saves and allowing eight goals in 35:58.
Senior Marybeth Bindel scored a game-high four goals for Messiah, while three other Falcons scored three goals each. Sophomore Alexa Dipeso picked up the win in goal after allowing two goals in 45 minutes.
