ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team dropped an 11-6 Commonwealth Conference contest at Lebanon Valley College Wednesday, dropping their record to 3-7 overall and 1-3 in conference play.
The Knights trailed 1-0 after the first quarter, but Arcadia scored the next four goals to take a 4-1 advantage with 5:18 remaining in the first half. Sophomore
Kenny Grant scored his first goal of the season unassisted to tie the game and was followed by freshman

Danny Riley then put away his 22nd goal of the season just 1:15 later and Mignogna closed out the scoring of the first half for the Knights with his eighth of the year off of a pass from Donovan.
The Dutchmen (8-3, 4-0 CC) were able to cut the deficit to just one going into halftime after freshmen Koty Keefer and Brian Kilonsky each found the back of the net after taking feeds from junior Klayton Garman. Lebanon Valley then scored the first two goals of the third quarter, but Mignogna knotted the game up at five after scoring his second goal of the game and ninth of the year.
Garman went on to score two goals within 28 seconds for the Dutchmen to give them a 7-5 lead heading into the fourth quarter. Riley scored a quick goal for the Knights, getting a shot past Lebanon Valley's goalie just 38 seconds into the fourth quarter to make it 7-6, but the Dutchmen shut down Arcadia's offense and went on to score the last four goals to close out the game.
Freshman
A.J. Beck took the loss in goal for the Knights after making 13 saves, dropping his record to 2-5. For the Dutchmen, sophomore goalie Eric Wilcoxson made six saves in the win, improving his record to 3-1.
Lebanon Valley held the advantage in ground balls (33-26), shots (48-21), and had a slight advantage in faceoff wins (12-9). The Knights could not capitalize in their extra man opportunities (0-2), while the Dutchmen were 1-4.
Arcadia will return to action on Saturday when the Knights host eighth-ranked Stevenson University for a 1 p.m. Commonwealth Conference contest at Easton Field.
