GLENSIDE, Pa. – A record number of golfers participated in the second annual Arcadia University Athletic Department golf outing fundraiser on another sunny summer afternoon at Old York Road Country Club on Monday, June 22. A total of 87 individuals teed-it up to help support Knights' successful and growing program, which will now sponsor 18 varsity programs with the return of men's and women's cross country this coming academic year. There were 71 golfers at the inaugural golf outing last year.

"On behalf of the entire Arcadia Athletic Department, I'd like to thank all of the donors, golfers, sponsors, and other contributors for their support of our second annual golf outing," said Assistant to the Athletic Director Erin Eddinger, who oversaw the planning and execution of the event. "The day ran seamlessly thanks to our volunteers and the amazing staff at Old York Road Country Club. We're very thankful for the time and energy all those involved put in to making the event so special. I'm very excited to have year two in the books and look forward to continued growth in years to come."
