GLENSIDE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to Hood College Saturday night on Easton Field. Arcadia is now 6-4-2 overall and 0-2-1 in the MAC Commonwealth; the Blazers move to 9-2 and 3-0 in conference.
HOW IT HAPPENED: Clay Smith led Hood with two goals, first off a free kick in the 26th minute then scored again in the 83rd minute. Drew Demich tallied the second goal of the game in the 50th minute.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS: The visitors held 25-10 advantage in shots, including 16-1 on goal, along with a 4-2 margin in corner kicks.
IN GOAL: Junior
Chris Watson (6-4-2) made 13 saves, while Danny Castillo made one.
