ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Arcadia University men's tennis team extended its win streak to four Wednesday evening with an 8-1 win over conference rival Lebanon Valley. The Scarlet and Grey remain undefeated in conference play at 3-0, while moving to 7-7 overall; Lebanon Valley now sits at 2-10 overall and 0-2 in conference play.
The Knights swept doubles play as freshmen
Ishan Kulkarni and
John Zinzer took an 8-3 win at first doubles, senior Vince Voulo and junior
Wesley Wei took an 8-5 win at second doubles and junior
Chuck Poklikuha and senior
Alex Colton won third doubles 8-1.
Kulkarni went on to win first singles 6-0, 6-1, while Colton took second singles 6-4, 6-0. Wei and senior
Darren Stochmal each earned 6-0, 6-0 wins at fourth and sixth singles, respectively. Poklikuha took a 6-3, 6-3 decision at fifth singles.
