OWINGS MILL, Md. – The Arcadia University men's lacrosse team continued conference play Saturday night falling to No. 15 Stevenson 23-2. The Knights fall to 2-8 on the season and 0-3 in the MAC Commonwealth, while the Mustangs move to 8-4 and 3-0 in the conference.
HOW IT HAPPENED: The hosts jumped out to a 7-0 lead after the first period and never looked back. Junior
Joe Stanton tallied for the Knights in the second quarter, where the Mustangs scored six for a half time score of 13-1. Stevenson scored seven in the third while blanking the Knights, before winning the fourth quarter 3-1.

Brandon Feeney each scored unassisted goals for the Knights.
STEVENSON LEADERS: Matt Tompkins (four goals, three assists) and Stephen Banick (three goals, four assists) each tallied seven points.
IN GOAL: Sophomore
A.J. Beck made 10 saves and allowed 13 goals in 30 minutes of work, taking the loss. Garrett Egnaczyk started the game for Stevenson without surrendering a goal or having to make a save in 15 minutes of work; four other Mustang net minders saw time between the pipes.
UP NEXT: The Knights return home on Wednesday to take on Scranton in non-conference action, game time is set for 7 p.m.
