OWINGS MILL, Md. – The Arcadia University men's tennis team dropped a conference match at Stevenson University Sunday afternoon by a final score of 5-4. The Knights moved to 9-5 overall and 3-2 in conference play, while the Mustangs moved to 6-11 on the season and 5-1 in MAC Commonwealth play.
DOUBLES PLAY: The Knights won two of three doubles matches of the day. Sophomore

Jake McBride defeated Douglas Vaughan and Robbie Coons in the second flight 8-2, while freshman
Drake Hanak and senior Alberto Carmenate dropped Peter Appiah and Tony Beres in the third flight 8-6. Freshman
Nick Simeone and senior
Wesley Wei fell to Bryan Gieselman and Wornden Ly 8-3.
SINGLES PLAY: Simeone defeated Gieselman in the first flight of singles play 6-1, 6-7 (2-7), 6-2. Zinzer won over Vaughan 6-3, 4-6, 1-0 (11-9) in the third flight. Wei fell to Ly in the second flight 7-6 (7-4), 6-3. Hanak dropped the fourth flight to Appiah 7-5, 4-6, 1-0 (10-7). Carmenate was shut out by Slujtner in the fifth flight 6-0, 6-0. Sophomore
Alex Post dropped the sixth flight to Beres 6-2, 6-2.
