HOBOKEN, N.J. – The Arcadia men's lacrosse team fell Saturday afternoon in its season opener against Stevens, 19-4. On the day, sophomore
Clo Muscara led the charge with two goals, while senior
Nick Ferraro registered two assists.

- The Knights dip to 0-1 to start the year.
- Stevens sits at 1-0 after the opener.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- After a tough first quarter, the Knights got on the scoreboard in the second frame when sophomore Austin Williams registered his first goal of the season to cut the deficit to 6-1 with 11:24 left in the half. Ferraro tallied his first assist on the day.
- After the break, the Scarlet and Grey scored the first two goals of the third stanza, seeing freshman Daniel Sledge notch his first collegiate goal with the Knights on an extra man opportunity. Just 33 seconds later, Muscara scored his first on the day, seeing a feed from Ferraro. The goal cut the Ducks lead to 9-3 with 14:08 left in the third.
- After a pair of Stevens' goals, the Knights responded when Muscara notched his second goal of the day on an assist from junior Conor Cunningham, making the score 11-4 with 9:09 left in the quarter.
- The Ducks sealed the game in the fourth period.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- The Knights won a majority of the faceoffs, picking up 14 wins compared to the Ducks 12.
- Senior A.J. Beck registered 25 saves, for a new program record most in a game in school history.
- Cunningham set a career high with 14 faceoff wins.
