ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Arcadia men's tennis team battled Lebanon Valley tough Wednesday, but fell by a score of 5-4. The Knights picked up points at second doubles, first singles, second singles and fifth singles.
 
FOR THE RECORD:

• The Scarlet and Grey are now 6-6 on the year and 3-1 in the MAC Commonwealth.
• The Dutchmen own a 9-6 mark overall and 4-1 conference record.

WINNERS:

• The duo of junior Keith Rader and sophomore Drake Hanak bested Jordan Heavel and Luke Senft 9-7 at No. 2 doubles.
• Sophomore Nick Simeone bounced back for a first set loss to best Blake Martin 1-6, 6-4, 6-2 at first singles.
• Rader handed Reed Morris a 5-7, 6-4, 10-5 defeated at No. 2 singles.
• In the fifth singles flight, junior John Zinzer bested Elliott Kleckner 3-6, 6-4, 6-3.

CLOSE CALLS:

• Zinzer and classmate Alex Post were edged at No. 3 doubles 8-6.
• Hanak forced a third set with Heavel, but fell 2-6, 6-2, 2-6.

UP NEXT:

• The Knights are slated for non-conference action against Bryn Athyn Friday at 3:30 p.m.
