MADISON, N.J. – The Arcadia men's tennis team fell in two matches to Drew on Sunday at the Drew Tennis Complex.
The Knights fell to Drew 8-1 in their first match of the day.
Jaime Zeng Zhu and
Keith Rader defeated Dan Blumenthal and Bret Schuler, 8-4 for the Knights' lone point of the contest.
John Zinzer and
Alex Post were defeated in a close match in flight three of doubles 8-7 (7-5 tiebreaker).
In the second match, the Knights won two singles matches and one doubles match, before falling 6-3.
Sal DiBenedetto defeated Dan Blumenthal 6-4, 6-4 in flight one of singles for the Knights and Alex defeated Grahm Munro Ludders 1-6, 6-1, 10-7 for the Knights second singles point.
Keith Rader and Jamie Zeng Zhu took down Bryce Weizr and Lloyd Goldstein 8-4 for Arcadia's third point of the contest. However, it was not enough as the Knights fell by three to the Rangers.
The Knights are back in action on Tuesday for a match with DeSales at 3:30 p.m.
