Hilton Head, S.C. – The Arcadia men's tennis squad was tripped up 9-0 by Marian-Indianapolis in Hilton Head, S.C. Wednesday afternoon. With the loss, AU's team record for stands at 3-8 overall.

Marian swept doubles to start the day by scores of 8-3, 8-1 at Nos. 1 and 2. Alex Post and Ryan Stellato fell 8-4 at No. 3 to AJ Antonelli and Max Ismoilov.

The singles competition saw Arcadia battle, but falter in straight sets in all six matches. Nicholas Simeone and John Zinzer each won three games, Simeone in the first set and Zinzer in the second set of their matches.

The Scarlet and Grey have one match remaining on their Spring Break agenda versus Thomas College on Friday before returning back to campus. That match begins at 8:30 a.m.
