HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- Arcadia's men's tennis team swept all three doubles matches, then posted wins at Nos. 4, 5 and 6 in posting a 6-3 win over Thomas in its final match on its annual Spring Break trip.

The Knights (4-8) faced a pair of tough matches in doubles, gutting out an 8-7 (3) win at No. 1 by
Nicholas Simeone and
Jaime Zeng Zhu, and an 8-6 win by
Luke Thatcher and
Alex Post at No. 3. Combined with a smooth 8-0 win by
Drake Hanak and
John Zinzer at No 3, the Knights led 3-0 heading to singles play.

Despite Thomas picking up the first singles point at No. 3 to make it 3-1, the Scarlet & Grey posted wins successive wins at Nos. 4, 5 and 6 to go up 6-1 and clinch the match. Zinzer cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 4. Hanak battled to a 6-4 win in his first set, then cruised to a 6-0 win in the second for the team's fifth point, and Post won 6-4, 6-3 at No. 6.

Arcadia is in action next Saturday when it plays host to FDU-Florham beginning at 1 p.m.
