Josh Keitz's goal with under six seconds to play forced overtime, but the Arcadia men's lacrosse team ultimately fell 12-11 to Lycoming on Saturday afternoon at Jean Lenox West Field and Delran Pavilion.

The Knights (7-7, 2-3 MAC Commonwealth) led 9-5 at the half but a 6-1 run by the Warriors (6-8, 4-2) in the third and fourth quarters gave LC an 11-10 lead with 37 seconds left to play. The Knights won the ensuing faceoff and called timeout after advancing the ball into their offensive third. Out of the stoppage, the
Brady Manion got a shot off from right on the crease that was turned aside by Michael Tenant. Tenant, however, was unable to control the rebound and it fell right to Keitz, who scooped up the ground ball and deposited hits 18th goal of the season past Tenant to tie the game at 11-11 and force overtime.

The Knights won the opening faceoff in the extra session but Tenant saved
Wesley Sporer's game winning attempt. The Knights managed to force a turnover on LC's first possession of overtime, but a giveaway in kind led to a second possession for the Warriors and Andrew Ream took a feed from Drew Collins and scored the game-winning goal with 1:04 to play.

A fast start for both teams led to 5-4 scoreline in favor of AU after the first quarter. In the second,
Kameron McKithen opend the scoring for AU and Connor Riorden answered for Lycoming.
Joe Pedisich's 23 goal, a man-up effort, gave AU a 7-5 lead with 3:19 left in the first half, and the Knights tacked on goals by Sporer and Keitz to close out the half and take a 9-5 lead into the break.

The Warriors outscored AU 2-0 in the third, limiting the Knights to just six shots in the quarter in pulling to 9-7 and setting up the dramatic finish. For the game, AU out shot Lycoming 48-38, but took just 14 total shots after halftime. Each team had 24 shots on goal, and the Scarley & Grey picked up 54 ground balls to 35 for the Warriors.

Tenant made 13 saves with 11 goals allowed for Lycoming, while
Grant Palmer and Brendan Kuzminksi combined to stop 12 shots on the day.

Clo Muscara had four points on two goals and two assists for the Knights, and Manion (2g/1a) and Keitz (3g) each had three points. Keitz also added three caused turnovers and 13 ground balls.
Joe Trovato added three caused turnovers and seven ground balls.
Conor Cunningham won 16 of 27 faceoffs and picked up 10 ground balls.
