Elizabethtown, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's soccer team was shutout, 2-0, at Elizabethtown University, Saturday night. The Knights fell to 4-4 overall, while the Blue Jays improved to 4-2-1 on the season.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Knights offense struggled to generate scoring opportunities against a tough defense. Arcadia was outshot 17-7 and failed to record a shot on goal.Â

Jake Varrato started in goal for the Knights, making four saves on 17 shots face. Colin Smith replaced the sophomore keeper in the 78th minute, but did not face a shot.Â
- After a scoreless opening half, the Blue Jays found the back of the net in the 68th and 77th minutes. Cameron Sheva scored the game's opening goal following a corner kick, while Thomas Knox added an insurance tally after a wild scramble in front of the net.Â
