GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's volleyball program hosted its second tri-match of the season Saturday afternoon inside Alumni Gymnasium, falling to both Stockton and Stevenson.

HOW IT HAPPENED

-The Knights and Ospreys traded points back-and-forth for a majority of the first set as neither side was able to gain an advantage of more than two points. Stockton's 7-1 run in the latter stages of the set gave the visitors a six-point advantage before an ensuing 5-0 run led to a 25-19 victory.

-Stockton raced out to an early 9-2 lead to open the second set before extending its lead to an even ten at 17-7. Taylor Trapp and Haylee Harper both registered kills down the stretch, but the Ospreys ultimately came away with a 25-12 second set win.

-The Knights batted to keep the match alive by jumping out to a 10-7 lead in the third set backed by kills from Harper, Michelle Frank, and Nicole Dallara, but 12-2 Stockton run made all the difference as the Ospreys put the match away with a 25-17 win in the match-clinching set.
