CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's basketball program fell to defending conference champion DeSales on the road Saturday, 74-30.
Kylie Meredith led the Knights with nine points while
Olivia Wyckoff posted three blocks in the effort.
HOW IT HAPPENED

Sidney Barrer and
Julia Makowski each registered field goals in the opening quarter but the Bulldogs were able to stretch their lead to double figures in the early going. DeSales followed by opening the second quarter on a 12-0 run, but Meredith cut into the deficit with a pair of jumpers as the Knights continued to battle.
-Arcadia began the second half on a quick 5-1 run powered by four
Holly Daveski points, but the Bulldogs continued to hold onto their lead throughout the quarter. Meredith netted five of her nine points in the fourth but the Knights were unable to close the gap in the MAC Freedom defeat.
