WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Arcadia University men's lacrosse program picked up its third-straight MAC Freedom victory Wednesday night at King's behind a season-high 26 goals to down the Monarchs on the road, 26-8. The Knights had 11 different goal-scorers in the effort, led by five each from
Brian Albertsen and
Clo Muscara, while
Billy Burton and Welsey Sporer contributed hat tricks with four and three goals, respectively.
Muscara led the Knights with seven points with a pair of assists on his stat line, followed by Albertsen's six-point night.
Brett Sciascia was 13-for-19 on faceoffs and had a team-high ten ground balls in the effort.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-King's took its only lead of the night with the game's first two goals to open the contest, but the Knights took off for 11-straight scores to take a commanding lead early. Joe Pedicish started the run with an unassisted tally before Muscara netted three to complete his hat trick in the opening quarter while Burton added two of his own, including a man-up score.

Justin Chinici opened the second quarter with the Knights' 11th-straight goal before a pair of King's tallies broke up the scoring run. Arcadia continued to keep the pressure on offensively, as Albertsen posted back-to-back scores to send the Knights to the half with a 15-4 advantage.
-Arcadia outscored the Monarchs 11-4 in the second half to reach a single-game season-high of 26 goals on the night. Burton capped off his hat trick early in the third quarter before adding a fourth tally on a man-up opportunity in the final quarter.
Alex Adamczyk and
Sean Connolly also netted a pair of second half goals each, while Baily Lanzi found the back of the net for his first career goal in the final minutes of regulation.
