CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's volleyball program saw its seven-match win streak come to an end Tuesday night in a tightly-contested, five-set match at DeSales in MAC Freedom play.

Nicole Dallara put the Knights out in front with a kill and ace on consecutive points, but DeSales rallied to take a 24-21 lead to put the Knights' backs against the wall. Following a service error on match point, Dallara,
Danielle Doyle, and

-The Bulldogs responded with a 25-14 second set victory, only trailing once when the Knights took an early 3-2 lead to even the match at one-all.
-DeSales earned six of the first seven points in the third set and used an 8-3 run down the stretch to take a 2-1 lead in the match despite six Frank kills. The Bulldogs ultimately took the third with a 25-19 victory.
-Arcadia was able to extend the match to a decisive fifth set with a 25-17 fourth-set victory. Frank posted a set-high nine kills to lead the Knights to the match-tying set win, while Doyle added four kills of her own to keep the match alive.

Haylee Harper kills broke up the run, but the Bulldogs responded to extend their lead to five. A pair of kills each from Frank and Harper got the Knights back within one, but the Bulldogs won five of the last seven points to clinch the match with a 15-11 win in the fifth set.
