GLENSIDE, Pa. - The Arcadia University women's volleyball team fell to DeSales, 3-0, in Middle Atlantic Conference Freedom (MAC Freedom) action on Tuesday night.
The Knights fall to 14-5 on the year and 4-1 in MAC Freedom play.
Estefania Martinez-Sola recorded her second triple-double of the season as she tallied 12 kills, 19 assists and 13 digs. Nicole Dallara and Michelle Frank each chipped in with 10 kills.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Set 1: DeSales 25. Arcadia 22: The Knights took the opening five points of the set, and eventually got out to an 8-5 lead. The Bulldogs began to fight back, and eventually tied the set at 21 through a 6-1 run. After Arcadia took a 22-21 lead, DeSales won the final four points of the set to take a 1-0 lead in the match.
Set 2: Desales 25, Arcadia 19: DeSales won the first six points of the set and eventually used a 4-0 run to take an 11-4 lead. The Knights used an 11-5 run to cut the DeSales lead to 21-18, but the Bulldogs took four of the final five points to take the second set.
Set 3: DeSales 32, Arcadia 30: The teams traded points in the early stages until Arcadia took four consecutive points, giving it a 10-7 lead. The Knights extended their lead to 15-10, but DeSales won five straight points to tie the set at 15. Arcadia eventually retook the lead at 22-19, but DeSales won five straight points to take a 24-22 lead. Arcadia fought off two match points to tie the set at 24. The teams then went back and forth until DeSales took the final two points of the set to win the match.
